December 2015 Wrap-Up

HOW IS IT THE END OF 2015? This month, I finished a total of…13 books (2 of which were actually comic books!) A few of these books, I’d been slowly reading for a while, so I didn’t read this many books cover-to-cover in one month. This was a particularly good reading month for me because of Christmas Break. As soon as that final bell rang, I hit the books, thankful for some leisure time. As per usual, I’ve included a few keys words or phrases about the book, as well as the rating I gave it.

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone (audiobook) by J.K. Rowling, narrated by Jim Dale

  • Dynamite audio. Nostalgic. Better than the movie.
  • Rating: 5 stars

The Outsiders by S.E. Hinton (We read this together in my 8th grade class.)

  • Rivalry. Identity. “Stay gold.”

  • Rating: 4.75 stars
